Policy

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour notice period for all cancellations on our appointments. Anything within this period could result in walk in only appointments - or furthermore a deposit on future appointments. As a polite gesture towards our staff and also many customers, a reasonable time allowed would be much appreciated. just so we can avoid having to turn away or book in anyone at a later date or time. to witheld our standards of work this is of our highest priority so no one leaves our studio feeling dissatisfied.

Late Policy

We request that everyone arrives at least 15 minutes early to their appointment that has been booked in. This way you can relax, and enjoy a complementary drink provided to you, by us at Sector Studios. Failing to do so, can result in the appointment being cancelled and you leaving without our expert service. If we have been notified with over an hours notice on the day, we can possibly amend our schedule if there is extra availability.Arriving late leaves us with less time to perform an adequate service for you. If it’s later than 15 minutes, this will more than likely result in a cancellation, booking amendment or rebooking at another time or date. This is of our last intentions, as we want everyone looking their best, without the stress on our staff, and also other clients throughout the day.

No Shows

If you do not show up to your appointment, without any notice. This could result in you being charged more towards your future appointments and/or having to place deposits beforehand. Repeatedly not contacting or showing up for your appointments will result in your details being blocked and denied services at Sector Studios altogether.

EARLY IS ON TIME, ON TIME IS LATE, LATE IS UNACCEPTABLE!

We work to every 15 minutes of the day. When booking try and work closest to the minute to maximise space for other clients. For example if 9:45am and 10am are available, chose 9:45am.
